About Me
I’m Jasmine, a proud Latina of Cuban, Greek, and Lebanese heritage, and Florida native. My journey into leadership and advocacy began early. At just 8 years old, I was already involved in progressive political efforts, including voter registration, persuasion calls, and canvassing. 2008 was a turning point in my life– when I had the privilege of singing the national anthem at an Obama rally alongside Matt Damon, which inspired my initial passion for politics.
With 7 years of experience in organizing, volunteer management, and digital strategy, I’ve honed my skills in social media, ads, emails, and technology to engage audiences and drive impactful results. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for leveraging data and technology to create meaningful, inclusive connections. Over time, as I navigated neurodiversity in the workplace, my career path shifted from politics to focusing on digital innovation and organizational strategy.
Recognizing the evolving needs of the modern workplace, I decided to return to school to pursue industrial-organizational psychology and political science. My goal is to merge my background in digital strategy with a deeper understanding of organizational behavior and people management, helping organizations build more inclusive and innovative environments.
I’m excited to apply my skills in new areas while contributing to projects that drive positive, sustainable change.
